Hiya! My name is Liam, and I'm the Founder of OptiDesk. I've developed solutions for several communities. In my free time (if I have any), I'm working on this.
Current ticketing systems aren't great. Some offer good features but are restricted by subscriptions, others are basic, and others are downright unacceptable. We want to offer an advanced ticketing system, with features previously gated by costly subscriptions or from unverified developers, at a one-time fee.
We also want to offer advanced features other ticket bots just don't do, such as staff leaderboards, advanced whitelabeling, and unmatched security that our competitors simply can't deliver on effectively.
We'd love for you to join us, in this journey to fix ticketing for once.
