Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.
Information We Collect
Personal Data: We may collect your Discord information, such as your Username, User ID, to operate our services securely and keep track of your data, including data you provide us.
Data you Provide: We may collect data you provide to use for your customized Service, such as assets, accent colours, emojis, text, for use specifically for customization, licensing, and safety purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information as listed above to:
fulfill the Services provided
protect and safeguard (securely run our services) OptiDesk infrastructure, community, customers, or otherwise
correctly license you the Software
Sharing Your Information
We never sell your data, full stop.
Trusted third-party service providers, such as AWS, may process limited data on our behalf. This data, and it's security, is addressed in our FAQ under "Is OptiDesk Secure?".
Trusted Customer Service representatives can access your current licensed servers (name, and ID), and your active license/s information.
Your Choices
You may request removal of:
your customer data, under the agreement that you will lose your licenses irrecoverably
transcripts with your Personally Identifying Information inside them, with the notification of server management
infringing material inside a server using OptiDesk
data from users under the legal age of 13 years of age
any data that we are obligated to remove under the GDPR or other applicable laws
We will NOT remove:
your Enforcement Actions, or Enforcement Data
This data includes your Discord ID, Server IDs under enforcement, why the enforcement action was sent. This data is required for us to securely run our services for our customers. Requests that include Enforcement Actions or Enforcement Data will be declined except where we are legally obligated to remove the Data (e.g underage user).
requests that do not fall under the above, or are made not in good faith
We have the right to decline requests that do not fall under the above applicable reasons.
To request removal, contact us by making a ticket, or calling our support line. Clearly state what you need removed, why it should be removed, and otherwise. You will hear back from us within 30 days with a response, and what data was removed.
